Let Me Introduce Myself
Raul Gaytion
I stated training as a Texas peace officer to make a difference thru law enforcement. Instead I followed my calling as a person to help keep youth away from law enforcement. From owning my own Mix Martial Arts & Boxing gym to working with at risk youth in the nonprofit sector in all communities. I have worked throughout Harris and surrounding counties for over 15 years. I've learned physical training & proper mentoring can change a youth life more positively than a jail cell. This is why I started one more round so I can give youth a fighting chance in school, home, community and life.
Our Mission
Give Youth a Fighting Chance
One More Round ultimate goal is to help all youth be stronger in every aspect of life. Provide a safe environment, and a positive alternative to being out on the streets. Stimulate the mind and body. More specifically One More Round is dedicated to at risk youth in hopes of helping combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.

Fun & creative ways to exercise and learn new skills. Utilizing various training disciplines from CrossFit, Boxing, MMA, Track & Field, and Etc. All training are designed to help in all sports specific such as Football, Baseball, & ETC. Each class will end with a cool down session that includes health snacks and drinks also Voluntary Open Discussion conversation.
Our Programs
Builds Confidence:
By learning how to protect themselves, youth will develop confidence in their ability to handle life’s challenges. In turn, their improved confidence will give them the courage to say “no” to negative influences.
Increases Focus:
We will help youth increase their focus by giving them clear goals and showing them how to reach those goals through hard work and being consistent (Of course, they won’t realize they’re learning focus because our classes are so much fun! But keep that to yourself – it’ll be our little secret!)
Develops Self-Control:
Students learn self-control in the martial arts by learning how important it is to have respect, both for themselves and for others. Martial arts training teaches that in order to get respect, you first have to give it. Once your child learns this important lesson, their self-control will naturally increase.
Instills Discipline:
Discipline is “doing what you must do, when you have to do it, whether you feel like it or not.” Discipline is desperately needed in all areas of life at all ages, from grade school student to adult. The demanding exercises of martial arts training will give youth a vehicle to develop this crucial life skill.
Cultivates Courage:
Life can be difficult, and is quite a struggle at times. The person who is used to overcoming obstacles and has acquired the habit of facing challenges is the one who is more likely to succeed. This is why it is so important to develop that habit of courage early one – so that later in life a person will more easily face those difficulties with a positive outlook and a self-assurance that they can indeed be overcome. My martial arts youth program provides youth with an excellent and safe opportunity to safely learn how to face those fears and blast right through them.
Similar make yourself heal and make you happier and more confident to tackle what youth deals with in everyday like. This is a training for life not anything specific.
Fighting for Communities Program
Simply services for services
Youth will be expected to give back to their communities in forms of acts of kindness in various ways. Beautification of neighborhoods, examples include trash clean-up, tag removal, helping the elderly & disabled with yard care, clean-up, and overall volunteering time. This service is helping in many other ways don't require money but require work & time.

Healthy Living through Education, Exercise & Eating Right
A Happy Kid is a Healthy Kid
Healthy awareness utilizing the 3Es, education, exercise and eating right. Having fun, being creative and absolutely innovating physical training. This combined with mix martial arts, boxing, and CrossFit in ways to get moving. This will also teach self-defense and build confidence to make all youth become the Champion they truly are. Our goal is to get youth moving and educated on healthier ways of living.
